Project Overview
Clean project snapshot for investors, partners, and service providers.
Treasures of Wealth Mining Limited holds a diversified exploration portfolio comprising two active Large-Scale Exploration Licences (37097-HQ-LEL and 35009-HQ-LEL) located in Central Province (Mumbwa District) and North-Western Province (Solwezi District), Zambia. Together, the licences cover approximately 13,631.28 hectares of highly prospective geological terrain.
The first licence, 37097-HQ-LEL, is situated in Mumbwa District and spans approximately 3,248.63 hectares. It was applied for on 12 December 2023, granted on 24 April 2024, and is valid until 23 April 2028. The second licence, 35009-HQ-LEL, is located in Solwezi District, covering approximately 10,382.65 hectares, granted on 28 December 2023, and valid until 27 December 2027.
Both licences provide exploration rights over a wide range of commodities, including cobalt, copper, gold, iron ore, lead, manganese, silver, and zinc, as well as additional minerals such as diamond, emerald, quartz, tourmaline, and rare earth elements. This positions the portfolio within both base metals and critical minerals sectors.
The licences are currently active and remain subject to standard regulatory obligations under the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development, including area charge payments, quarterly reporting, and compliance with approved exploration programmes.
Overall, the portfolio represents a significant multi-commodity exploration position across two key mining provinces in Zambia, with strong geological potential for future development.
